Sourced from Mendoza’s Primera Zona of Maipu and Lujan de Cuyo the Mendoza
blend is meant to showcase the exceptional value and approachable profile of Malbec.
The wine’s soft, drinkable style is accompanied by light oak aging for additional complexity.
Lujan de Cuyo & Maipu counties, located at an altitude between 3,000’ elevation.
Deep loamy clay soil with round rock subsoil.
Two day cold maceration with extensive cap management for soft, supple mouthfeel.
10 day fermentation. Cool fermentation with maximum temperature of 22° C.
Aged 3 months in used French oak.
