After the juice has been clarified, the fermentation is carried out in a vat at a temperature between 18 and 20 ° C.

The wine obtained is then aged on fine lees a few months before the blends prior to bottling.

Wine characteristics :  Fruity and intense nose. On the palate, fruitiness and volume with a long, pleasant finish.
