Hand harvesting, natural yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation with temper-ature control and daily monitoring. A long extension on fine lees, temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Bright hues of salmon pink color in the glass. Fresh, fruity, clean aro-mas of cherry, red currant and strawberries. On the palate, smooth texture and flavors of cherry, red berries, pepper and soft spice. A lively, dry, yet medium-full body with an elegant and persistent finish.
Pairs beautifully with cheese, mixed salads, fresh summer dishes, grilled fish, roasted vegetables and even lightly grilled meats.
Serve at 10 °C / 60 °F
