100% Sauvignon Blanc fermented in stainless steel, then aged for several months on the fine lees. Classic soils of clay and chalk, calcareous limestone.
A bright pale gold with notes of herbs, nettles and straw on the nose. Richly textured but with crisp acidity and textbook minerality. The finish is elegant with the typical purity and refreshment of excellent Sancerre.
Pair with salmon, tuna or other seafood and mixed salads.
