Vinification: Slow pneumatic pressing at low pressure. Long fermentation in open oak vats
Maturation: 50% fermented in 30% new oak and 50% stainless steel for 12 to 18 months on fine lees. Soil: Clay and limestone. Declassified Meursault
Tasting Notes: With its origin from Meursault, this wine shows aromas of lemongrass, white peaches, acacia flowers, creaminess and well integrated acidity. It also develops notes of toasted hazelnut reflecting this Terroir de Bourgogne.
Pairs very well with snails, risottos and smoked trout.
