Emile Beyer Pinot Blanc 2017
A blend of Pinot Blanc et Pinot Auxerrois. Hand harvested grapes are then pressed with pneumatic pressure method, enabling extraction of the juice at very low pressures. Fermentation is slow. Matured on fine lees for several months.
Tasting notes: Tender and delicate withfine floral notes. It combines freshness and suppleness.
Food pairing: Hot or cold hors d’œuvres. Combines very well with most simple dishes.
