Giovanni Rosso Langhe Nebbiolo 2015
Davide Rosso has been up-and-coming as a star winemaker in Barolo for years. Now, in his brand-new winery with all the room needed to hold his Slavonian-oak botte and cement tanks for fermentation, he continues to make wines that epitomize elegance and power. Farming is done as organically as possible, using no artificial chemical treatments. Harvesting is 100% manual, as is pruning and tilling of the soil beneath the vines. Plant growth is allowed between the rows of vines to encourage soil health and diversity in the vineyards.
- 100% Nebbiolo
