Vina Falernia Syrah Reserva 2011
Grapes come from three different vineyards with dominance of Titon area (cool climate at 1050 feet above sea level), with a very low production per vine. The wine-making is the traditional Syrah’s; cold maceration, fermentation at 22-24ºC (71-75°F) with full malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels (only 60% of the volumes for 6 to 8 months).
Very bright color; elegant nose with black pepper and floral notes. It’s full bodied, well balanced with very soft tannins, spicy and nice fruit character
